This Privacy Policy describes how REN ENTERTAINMENT CO., LTD. (“REN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our mobile applications (the “Apps”).

2. ScopeWhat this policy covers

This policy applies to our mobile Apps distributed through app stores (including Google Play). It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control.

本ポリシーは、Google Play 等のアプリストアで配信する当社アプリに適用されます。当社が管理しない第三者のサービスは対象外です。

3. Information we collectData collection

Our Apps use Google Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how the Apps are used. Depending on the platform and your device settings, this may include:

• App usage data (e.g., screens viewed, features used, session duration, and in-app events)
• Device and technical information (e.g., device model, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate region derived from IP address)
• Identifiers provided by the Analytics SDK (e.g., Firebase App Instance ID, and advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID where available and permitted by your settings)

We do not require you to create an account to use the Apps covered by this policy, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email address, or other contact details through the Apps for Analytics purposes.

本アプリは Google Firebase Analytics を利用します。利用状況・端末情報・SDK が提供する識別子等が収集される場合があります。本ポリシー対象のアプリでは、Analytics 目的での氏名・メール等の登録は求めません。

4. How we use informationPurpose of use

We use Analytics data to:

• Measure and improve App features, performance, and stability
• Understand which content and flows are used
• Make product and design decisions based on aggregated usage patterns

収集した情報は、アプリの改善、利用状況の把握、プロダクト判断のために使用します。

5. Sharing of informationThird parties

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC / Firebase as our service provider in accordance with Google’s terms and privacy documentation for Firebase Analytics. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Analytics データはサービス提供者である Google / Firebase により処理されます。当社は個人情報を売却しません。法令に基づく場合等を除き、不必要な第三者提供は行いません。

6. RetentionHow long we keep data

Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for our Firebase Analytics property and Google’s product defaults, after which it is deleted or aggregated. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. SecuritySafeguards

We rely on Firebase / Google infrastructure and industry-standard practices to help protect information processed through Analytics. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children’s privacyChildren

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Apps, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

本アプリは 13 歳未満（または各国で定める最低年齢未満）の子どもを対象としていません。該当する場合はご連絡ください。

9. Your choicesOpt-out and controls

You can limit certain Analytics or advertising-related identifiers through your device settings (for example, resetting or limiting the advertising ID on Android). You may also stop Analytics collection for our Apps by uninstalling the App. Platform-level privacy controls may also apply depending on your OS version.

端末の広告 ID 設定の変更、またはアプリのアンインストールにより、収集を制限・停止できます。

10. International processingCross-border transfer

Firebase Analytics may process information on servers located outside your country (including the United States). By using the Apps, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations as described in Google’s documentation.

Firebase Analytics により、国外（米国を含む）で情報が処理される場合があります。

11. ChangesUpdates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.

本ポリシーは改定されることがあります。改定後もアプリを利用した場合、改定内容に同意したものとみなします。
